Our Recruitment Process |
|
 |
 |
 |
| |
Our recruitment process can be broken
down into four basic sections: |
|
 |
 |
 |
| |
Client
Briefing
Often the most important part of the recruitment process,
we bring our extensive market intelligence and experience
to bear in advising on every aspect of the role, from
job and person specifications to employee grade and salary
levels, ensuring that every search has a sound basis.
During this meeting, issues key to the Search will be
explored and agreed, such as timeframe, source organisations. |
|
 |
 |
 |
| |
Research
and Networking
Strategic identification of the right people at the correct
level within the appropriate target companies is key to
identifying an effective shortlist. We employ tenacious
researchers who develop an extraordinary knowledge of
relevant organisations, identifying current talent, whilst
spotting and monitoring the stars of tomorrow. |

Interviewing
Rees Draper Wright Consultants are mature, intelligent
and highly skilled interviewers, with two main objectives.
First, to present the role professionally and accurately,
ensuring that our client stands out in an increasingly
crowded market place. Second, to really get to know the
issues important to the candidate, probing deeply to profile
every facet of a sophisticated individual to ensure a
perfect match. Shortlisted candidates are presented to
the client with detailed a curriculum vitae, additional
background notes and our Consultant recommendations. |

appointments, providing logistical support and presenting
feedback to both parties on a timely basis. Our Consultants
are also expert negotiators who will manage the offer
