  • Connect with candidates utilising various communication methods including LinkedIn, email, text, and phone calls
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates
  • Conduct resume reviews to ensure viability and quality for clients
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable experience
  • 1+ years in recruitment or human resources
  • A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a growth-oriented mindset
  • Able to communicate and connect well with others
  • A good sense of humor
