Responsibilities and Requirements
- Source top talent across consultancies and technology firms utilising LinkedIn and job platforms
- Connect with candidates utilising various communication methods including LinkedIn, email, text, and phone calls
- Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates
- Conduct resume reviews to ensure viability and quality for clients
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience
- 1+ years in recruitment or human resources
- A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a growth-oriented mindset
- Able to communicate and connect well with others
- A good sense of humor
