Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Perform searches for senior level (partner level) candidates using sources such as LinkedIn, networking, and referrals from an established network in the management consulting industry.
  • Coach senior candidates-prepare for interviews, write business case/presentations, coach offer negotiation, coach through resignation and onboarding.
  • Develop relationships with new clients through business development and maintenance of existing client relationships.
  • Participate in pitches for new businesses and present to C-suite level.
  • Advise on hiring best practices and on strategic senior workforce planning, senior hire retention processes, D&I senior hiring, salary survey and competitor intel.
