Laura joined the RDW team as the Head of Operations in 2020 and has over seven years of senior management experience and proven success in providing leadership and direction for daily operations, administrative functions, and human resources management. She works closely with consultants and delivers consistent improvements in operational effectiveness, productivity, and performance. Laura utilizes a unique combination of business acumen and technical expertise to improve organizational culture and drive human performance improvements.
Laura’s Story
Laura graduated from Montclair State University in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. Prior to joining RDW, she had served as the Head of US Operations for multiple firms in the Greater New York City area. She is a passionate learner and reader, having read more than 20 books in 2021 alone.
