Russell joined the RDW team as a Delivery Consultant to assist the firm in its recruitment efforts. A member of the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve, Russell excels under pressure in both difficult and high-stakes situations.
Russell’s Story
Russell graduated from Trinity College in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in history. Prior to joining RDW, Russell spent the last five years serving his country as an active-duty member in the United States Coast Guard carrying out their Aids to Navigation Mission stationed at units in both Alaska and Texas. He is a passionate learner and traveler, having previously lived in Brazil, Portugal, and Spain.
