Jon has a wealth of experience – having worked in recruitment and executive search since 1996. He has an established, diverse and reliable network that has helped him successfully deliver on mandates across an unenviable range of senior roles within the professional services and financial services marketplaces, although his main focus has been on the buy-side. Jon prides himself on being an ethical recruiter who works extremely hard for clients and candidates alike and he has consistently delivered where other companies have failed. Mandates that Jon has delivered against include senior leadership within operational effectiveness, change, cost reduction, IT advisory, compliance, strategy, and more recently a variety of risk and regulation positions. He joined Rees Draper Wright in October 2013 after a client suggested this relationship would be mutually beneficial.
