Talia began recruiting over 10 years ago with a large recruiting firm and has spent the last four years at Deloitte LLP, where she gained extensive experience in recruitment strategies, analysis and implementation. She established and drove Deloitte’s recruitment function, and talent acquisition strategy to ensure organisational needs and business goals were met. With direct responsibility for Partner hiring within all sectors, she led the attraction, selection and interviewing process, and within the Consulting practice brought in a particular focus on Diversity and Inclusion.
Talia has been awarded numerous awards within Deloitte, including outstanding contribution to the business, team contribution, client engagement as well as appearing in the Global Impact Report for leading an entrepreneurial initiative with a group of students. Described as driven, with the motivation, tenacity and resilience to achieve any set targets and goals, Talia prides herself on her ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders. She will bring her energy, experience and expertise to focus on US senior appointments for management consultancies.
