She co-founded #YouEqualTech, a community creating space for people to connect, share stories, and actionable advice to drive diversity in the technology industry. In a previous life, she spent five years in recruitment, helping businesses to scale their technology teams and providing guidance on what works for creating inclusive cultures. She's currently advising one of the UK’s largest retailers on improving their process for hiring engineers, involving conducting hundreds of interviews, and facilitating the shift to fully remote candidate assessment when the UK went into lockdown.
