Kehinde Oluwo is the Global Performance Management Lead for FIS, a global financial technology company. She is responsible for the design, implementation ongoing leadership of a leading-edge Performance Management approach for all 55,000 of FIS employees globally. Prior to her current role, Kehinde was a Strategy and Change Consultant with over 15 years’ experience within the Financial Services sector, delivering strategic people change initially as a Consultant with IBM and in-house with HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group and Barclays Wealth. Kehinde completed a Masters in Organizational Behaviour at Birkbeck, University of London, a Bachelor of Economics at the University of Durham and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).
